Architectural Review

Architectural Control Board members are appointed by the Board of Directors and charged with regulating the external design, appearance, location and completion time for all improvements or modifications to the outside of any Property that is subject to the CC&Rs.

 

All new construction and any project that modifies the outside of a residence must be reviewed and approved by the ACB in writing before work begins.
