Committees
The Las Barrancas Homeowner's Association (LBHOA) has two active committees, the Architectural Control Board (ACB) and the Landscaping Committee.
The ACB is tasked with regulating the external design, appearance, location and completion time for all improvements or modifications to any of the Property that is subject to the CC&Rs. The work of the ACB is governed by the CC&Rs and the Architectural Guidelines.
The Landscaping Committee oversees the maintenance of all common spaces and homeowner compliance with relevant landscaping CC&Rs, Bylaws, and policies adopted by the Board of Directors. The 2021 Landscaping and Lot Maintenance Policy adopted by the Board is here.
