Committees
Currently, LBHOA has two active committees, the Architectural Control Board (ACB) and the Landscaping Committee.
The ACB consists of Ross Sackett, Frank Hood and Earl Shirley and is tasked with regulating the external design, appearance, location and completion time for all improvements or modifications to any of the Property that is subject to the CC&Rs. The work of the ACB is governed by the CC&Rs and the Architectural Guidelines.
The Landscaping Committee is in the capable hands of Ruthbeth Finerman, Julie Leufvenius and Pierrette Hondagneu-Sotelo. The Landscaping Committee oversees the maintenance of all common spaces and homeowner compliance with relevant landscaping CC&Rs, Bylaws, and policies adopted by the Board of Directors.
